Our Team


David Hendricks

David has 14 years in well integrity as a field technician, technical innovator, and leader. Before that, he implemented and maintained satellite/Wi-Fi systems at Galaxy Broadband. He and his wife Charlene previously owned and operated a technical business for 13 years, including building a rural high-speed wireless internet network. After selling it, they purchased and now run the local Post Office and Alberta Registries. Earlier, David spent 14 years with Canadian Occidental Petroleum in oil & gas operations, maintenance, and technology (including rollout of the Production Volume Reporting program).Certifications include Power Engineering, Gas Process Operations, Microsoft Certified Professional, Micro Computer Repairs, Rescue Diving, rescue at heights, plus Heavy Equipment Technology studies at NAIT.

Logan Marr

Logan has 14 years in well integrity and over 16 years in oil & gas overall. He holds a Petroleum Engineering Technology diploma from SAIT (2013). His career began as a laborer on surface completions and picker trucks, followed by well integrity testing, then two years as an MWD operator in directional drilling (northwest Alberta and BC). He returned to full-time well integrity work in 2016 with Doull Site Assessments and later Capstone Oilfield Services until 2022.Logan farms crops and raises yearling steers near Marwayne, Alberta.

Dave Kent

Dave graduated with Honors from Lakeland College’s Environmental Conservation and Reclamation program (2007). He spent 5 years as an environmental technician at Imperial Oil Cold Lake (monitoring wells, Phase 2 assessments, ERT, EM surveying, drilling waste management). From 2012 he was Operations Manager at Doull Site Assessments (later Capstone Oilfield Services), coordinating field crews across Western Canada, managing budgeting, safety, QA, training, and project execution for numerous clients. In 2023 he co-founded Western Well Integrity Ltd.Outside work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and farm life.

Justice Daniels-Dion

Justice began in oil & gas at age 15 with D&L Fluid Hauling. He earned a Petroleum Engineering Technology diploma from NAIT, then returned to D&L for two more years before joining Precision Well Servicing (drilling & service rigs in Alberta and Saskatchewan). For the past four years he has focused on well integrity, spending 2.5 years at Capstone Oilfield Services testing and monitoring wells across Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan before joining Western Well Integrity.He has 10 years of oilfield experience and is a father of four (three daughters and a newborn son).
